PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for developing electrostatic charge images capable of stably forming high quality images over a long period of time by possessing excellent developability and fine line reproducibility. SOLUTION: The toner for developing the electrostatic charge images containing toner particles comprises at least a resin and a coloring agent, and an external additive. The external additive contains inorganic particulates of a number average primary particle diameter of 5-30 nm and a titanium oxide compound treated by silicone oil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
