PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device that can easily obtain the position and width of the free space of a reagent tray and store a reagent vessel in the reagent tray, using the free space without waste. SOLUTION: The analysis device 1 has the reagent tray 15 that circumferentially divides a storage section 15d for storing a plurality of kinds of reagent vessels 18 and 19 having different contents with attachable/detachable partition plates 16, is rotated circumferentially, and conveys each reagent vessel to a dispersing position. The analysis device comprises a reading device 23 for reading the content information, including capacity from an information label stuck to each reagent vessel, a control section 25 that determines the storage position in the circumferential direction of each reagent vessel and the size of each reagent vessel, with reference to the minimum reagent vessel, based on the content information read by the reading device and a signal output related to the content information, and a display section 27 for displaying the position and width of the free space specified by the control section 25.
