PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the interaction between biomolecule and compound and the factor for variations, easily and precisely in a short time. SOLUTION: (1) A sample of a fluolescently labeled protein alone and a sample of a mixture of the fluolescent labeled protein with a compound are prepared. (2) Reaction experiments are conducted by changing reaction conditions, such as temperature, pH, salt concentration, concentration of a surfactant for each sample. (3) Frame Check Sequence (FCS) measurement is carried out for the reacted mixture solutions, and the translation diffusion factor, the number and brightness of the fluorescent molecules in each sample are determined.
