PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a certificate stamp to be stuck on a game board even if a game area is expanded. SOLUTION: A certificate stamp base 60 is rotatably assembled into a rail decorative frame 32. When a game board unit 30 is manufactured or transported, an engagement protrusion 65a provided in an engagement piece 65 is engaged into the engagement hole 32b of the rail decorative frame 32 to hold the certificate stamp base 60 in a receding position. To assemble the game board unit 30 into a body member 3, the certificate stamp base 60 is rotated from the receding position to a display position. Since the certificate stamp base 60 is located on the rear side of a window 25 provided on the lower unit 5 side, a certificate stamp stuck on the certificate stamp base 60 is visible through the window 25.
