The probe has a spacer tube (2) dimensioned to cause temperature drop from a temperature of a head piece (3) to a temperature of a head piece (4). A shaft (9) has a wall with a tapering in a region of the tube. The shaft and a guide tube (5) are dimensioned such that temperatures of the shaft and the tube (5) drop from the temperature of the piece (4) to temperature of a shaft output (12) in a continuous manner without radial heat transmission. Temperature difference between temperatures of the piece (4) and the output is smaller than temperature difference between temperatures of the pieces.
