<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump drive device capable of delivering a stable pressure even if pump drive load is varied according to the drive state. <P>SOLUTION: The electric pump device is provided with a pump for feeding a liquid pressure; an electric motor for driving the pump; an electric motor control circuit for outputting a drive instruction signal to the electric motor; a rotation speed measurement means for measuring a rotation speed of the pump or the electric motor; and a phase delaying means for delaying a rotation phase of the drive instruction signal by a predetermined amount than the timing when the electric motor can be used at the maximum efficiency based on the rotation phase of the electric motor measured by the rotation speed measurement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
