<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-recording/reproducing device enabling the use of inexpensive disk, by softening the permissible value of track eccentricity between layers of a multilayer optical disk, and capable of securing disk reliability by reducing the external force applied to the disk during disk loading/unloading. <P>SOLUTION: A disk-holding part 3 for holding and rotating a multilayer optical disk 1 includes immovable and movable parts 301 and 302 fixed to a rotary shaft 2.
