PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin light reflection plate which efficiently emits light from a display element of an internally illuminated display implement. SOLUTION: The internally illuminated display implement 1 is provided with a light source 2 within a casing 5, and also is equipped with: a light reflection section 4 for reflecting the exit light from the light source 2; and a display element 3 for transmitting the exit light from the light source 2 and reflected light from the light reflection section 4, to the outside of the casing 5, at least on a part of inner wall of the casing 5. The light reflection plate is provided on the inner wall, reflects the light, and is formed of a thermoplastic polyester resin foam of≤50μm in average bubble diameter,≥0.2 mm in thickness, and≤0.7 in specific gravity.
