PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser with air bubbles removed which are evolved in a dispensing passage line even in a case where a pressure sensor is provided therein. SOLUTION: Provision of a vibrating means 93 for giving a vibration to a pressure detection means 9 makes it possible to set free air bubbles which are evolved owing to a difference in level between a connection part and a storage part, and deposited thereon, in a pressure-sensitive tube of the detection means 9. In the case where a pressure obtained from the detection means 9 falls below a prescribed threshold and this continues, it is determined that air bubbles are evolved, and wash water in a dispensing passage is discharged while a vibration is given to the detection means 9 by the vibrating means 93.
