PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select items, at need, where a loader substrate is mounted on a main substrate for practical use by keeping it to integrally form with a disk loader, as it is, or the loader substrate is separated from the disk loader and mounted on the main substrate by lining up both. SOLUTION: This disk drive includes the disk loader 3, a loader substrate 4 and a main substrate 2. A space on which the loader substrate 4 is mountable, is secured, at least on one place around the mounted place of the disk loader 3 with respect to the main substrate 2. A first positioning protrusion 36 and a second positioning protrusion 37 are furnished for positioning the loader substrate 4 on the outer frame 31 of the disk loader 3. The outer edge part of the loader substrate 4 is detachably inserted and held by a seat surface 35 and a retaining claw 38 at the side of outer frame 31, and one place of the outer edge part of the loader substrate 4 is fastened with screw.
