PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer molded body having a fluororesin film formed on the surface by a method that is simple, of a low cost and besides little damages the surface, and to provide a rubber material and an O-ring using the same. SOLUTION: By the vacuum deposition method, on the surface of an elastomer molded body there is formed a film of a fluororesin in a thickness of≤10μm under the condition that the substrate temperature is 150-320°C. The elastomer molded body having the fluororesin film that is obtained by this has a value of≤100 N as a sticking strength with a metal under the environment of 200-300°C and a weight decrease ratio of≤1.0 wt.% when irradiated with a mixed plasma of oxygen and carbon tetrafluoride.
