PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam two-pack type hair decolorant or two-pack type hair dye, having good foamability at low temperatures and hardly causing dripping of a mixture liquid between applying the liquid to the hair and washing down. SOLUTION: The two-pack type hair cosmetic comprises a first agent containing an alkali agent, a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide and a foamer container for frothily ejecting the mixture liquid of the first agent and the second agent and contains following ingredients (A) to (D) in the mixture liquid. (A) 0.1-5 wt.% alkyl sulfate or polyoxyalkylene alkyl sulfate, (B) 0.1-10 wt.% alkylpolyglucoside, (C) 0.01-3 wt.% dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer or dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide-acrylic acid copolymer and (D) 0.01-0.8 wt.% higher alcohol.
