PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lead cooling air into a cover after effectively preventing the intrusion of foreign matter into the cover in a louver provided at the cover for covering a cooled object. SOLUTION: The louver for the cover is formed by providing the cover 80 covering the cooled object and having a cooling air intake 82 opened toward the cooled object, with a plurality of fins 84 dividing the cooling air intake 82 into a plurality of air flow passages 83, arranged so that a straight line L connecting the outer end center and the inner end center of each air flow passage 83 inclines with respect to a centerline C of the cooling air intake 82. The respective fins 84 are formed in such a shape that the mutual spacing of the outer ends of the fins 84 is narrower than the mutual spacing of the inner ends of the fins 84.
