PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket in which the extrusion and the rubber degradation of a rubber-like elastic material layer does not occur, excellent sealability can be maintained, which is easy to be manufactured, and in which the loosening of a bolt does not occur even if high fluid pressure is applied repeatedly. SOLUTION: The gasket has the rubber-like elastic material layer 2 formed of foamed rubber having a thickness of 20 to 100μm on both faces or on one face of a metal base board 1, and a bolt hole 3 penetrating the base board 1 in the thickness direction. In the gasket, a ridge 4 bulging within a range of 0.05 to 0.1 mm in a substantially trapezoidal conical shape is formed at the rim of the bolt hole 3 of the base board 1.
