PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system by means of a game member, capable of reducing investment on facilities or burden of management on a game shop by using the Internet. SOLUTION: The prize exchange system comprises a member data recording member C1, a game member counting means, a gain data recording member C2, a reading means 13 to read addressee information and game member gain quantity, a prize display means 11 to display prizes for exchange set for a plurality of prize givers on the Internet and exchange data for them, an input means 12 to select and decide the prize for exchange displayed, an operation means 15 to operate exchange data for the prize for exchange and game member gain quantity by the gain data recording member, an operation result display means 11 to display the result of operation, a subtraction means 15 to subtract the game member gain quantity based on the result of operation, and a confirmation means 11 to display addressee information, and request for conformation by the addressee.
