The cutting tool, for fine machining of workpieces, has cutting blades (1-5) at a cylindrical body (8) extending radially outwards, at least partially, to clear out a drilling. At least one friction cutter (6,7) is at the body, with a cutter aligned axially at least partially to ream out the drilling. The cutting and friction blades can be of polycrystalline diamond, hard metal, cermet (ceramic and metal) material or cubic boron nitride (CBN).
