If a person who suffers hypertension sleeps with the head in the high direction of a bed inclined (Fig. 1) at about 7 degrees, and places both legs in the low direction, the state of hypertension can be relieved within one to tree days. If a person who suffers hypotension sleeps with the head in the low direction of a bed inclined (Fig. 1) at about 7 degrees, and places both legs in the high direction, the state of hypotension can be relieved within one to tree days. (If the person suffers from hypotension a pillow is not necessary)
