A fixing device of a hanger for holding a flowerpot or sculpture to a pillar is provided to replace only a hanger conveniently if there is a change in the size of the flowerpot or sculpture or damage to the hanger. A fixing device(100) of a hanger for holding a flowerpot or sculpture to a pillar comprises: a fixing band(110) which is tied to the circumference of a pillar such as a telegraph pole, a street lamp, or trees lining a street; and at least one hook(120) of which both end parts are bent in one direction and face each other, wherein one end part of the hook is hung on the fixing band and a hanger for holding the flowerpot or sculpture is fixed to the other end part of the hook. The interior of one end part of the hook is formed with a fixing-band insertion groove for preventing the hook from separating. A plate-shaped fixing part is connected to the exterior of the other end part of the hook by a connecting part, which is inserted into a fixing-part insertion groove. The fixing band is a cable tie comprising a flexible strap which has a rocking head at one end and a tail at the other end. In installation of the hook, the convex middle part is upward and both ends are downward. |
