An LCD is provided to supply a plurality of common voltage transfer nodes for applying a compensated common voltage toward the liquid crystal panel to supply a common voltage without variation of a voltage level over an entire liquid crystal panel, thereby preventing a greenish phenomenon and shutdown crosstalk. A liquid crystal panel(100) includes a plurality of liquid crystal pixels receiving a common voltage from a connected common electrode. A plurality of source pads(320) is configured at one side surface of the liquid crystal panel, and includes a source drive IC embedded in the source pads. A driving circuit board(200) includes a common voltage generator(210) generating and outputting a common voltage, and a plurality of common voltage transfer nodes(PN1~PN6) receiving a common voltage from the common voltage generator and transferring the common voltage to the common electrode of the liquid crystal panel. A common voltage compensating circuit part receives feedback of the common voltage from first and second spots of the common electrode, and compares it with a common voltage output from the common voltage generator, and inputs a compensated common voltage to the plurality of common voltage transfer nodes. |
