An automatic closing device with a moving pin preventing accidental release is provided to prevent that a moving pin is released from a curved guide portion by external shock when a slider is pulled out. An automatic closing device with a moving pin preventing accidental release includes a couple of springs(500), a fixing member(100), a moving member, a moving pin and a moving pin guide. The moving pin guide moves along a moving rail by being fixed on the moving rail of a slide. The fixing member is fixed on one end of a fixing rail of the slide by a fixing unit to correspond to the moving pin guide. A lengthy recess(211') and a circular recess are formed inside a plate shape portion of the moving member. A cylindrical protrusion(440) and a support pillar of the moving pin are inserted into the lengthy and circular recesses.
