<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an earth path at low cost in an electronic control unit. <P>SOLUTION: A nut 26 for earth and a collar 23 to be set in a mounting hole 21 are mounted in a mold in condition that they are in contact with a relay bus bar 30, and a case 10 is made by insert-molding them as an insert. The nut 26, the relay bus bar 30, and the collar 23 are buried in the case 10 in condition that they are connected in order, thereby constituting an earth path 28. An earth wire is connected to the nut 26, and the case 10 is fixed to the body 40 by a bolt 44, whereupon the earth wire is electrically connected to the body 40 via the earth path 28, and it gets in state that an earth is taken. To form an earth path 28, the general purpose nut 26 and the collar 23 are used, and it will do, only if a relay bus 30 is prepared as a new component using a metallic plate as its base material, so that the purpose is attained at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
