<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize each information processor connected to one time synchronization apparatus with different time information. <P>SOLUTION: A time information conversion circuit 17 acquires actual time that is generated by a clocking circuit 14, and adds time difference for respective information processors 30a, 30b being acquired from a time difference storage circuit 18 for converting to time information for the respective information processors 30a, 30b and for passing to a time information transmission circuit 15.
