METHOD FOR EXTRACTING SIRNA SEQUENCE APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE TARGET MRNA SEQUENCES

A method for extracting siRNA(small interfering RNA) sequence applicable to multiple target mRNA(messenger RNA) sequences is provided to inhibit siRNA-specific genes, thereby inhibiting replication of various viruses having different serotypes. A method for extracting siRNA sequence applicable to multiple target mRNA sequences comprises the steps of: (a) selecting a target mRNA from the multiple target mRNA; (b) forming the suffix sequence indicating base number m as a keyword from the selected target mRNA; (c) forming a keyword trie by using the formed keyword; (d) selecting another target mRNA and forming its suffix sequence; (e) adding the formed keyword to the keyword trie, provided that the keyword trie is expanded by excluding the base sequences other than complete homology conserved pattern from the key value by comparing keywords of keyword trie with the newly added keyword or by excluding the base sequences other than incomplete homology conserved pattern having inconsistent sequence number of k; (f) repeating the steps of (d) and (e) until all target mRNAs other than the selected target mRNA are selected; (g) analyzing the expanded keyword trie to extract complete or incomplete homology conserved pattern; and (h) selecting a candidate siRNA sequence applicable to the extracted complete or incomplete homology conserved pattern.
