A locking structure for a drive shaft of a vehicle is provided to improve locking reliability by enabling a locking nut to prevent the crown nut from being unfastened, while being rotated in a direction which the locking nut is locked. A locking structure for a drive shaft(100) of a vehicle comprises: a first end portion(110) equipped with a first screw(111) which is formed on one end portion of the drive shaft, a second end portion(120), extended from the first end portion and formed in a direction opposite to the first screw, which has a diameter smaller than that of the first end portion, a crown nut(130) equipped with a plurality of first protrusions(131), which is fastened with the first end portion by screw, and a locking nut(140) fastened with the second end portion by screw, which is equipped with a second protrusion(141) capable of being fitted and fixed to the first protrusions of the crown nut.
