A joining apparatus for a frame of a ceiling access door is provided to fix each frame of a ceiling access door regardless of the size by varying the position of a fixing frame. An apparatus(100) for joining a frame of a ceiling access door comprises a position control unit(200) in which a primary wire(220) is arranged between a position controller(230) and a fixing frame(210) which is installed at a base(110) and locates a joint of a frame of an access door so that the position of the fixing frame installed is controlled by the position controller, a compressing unit(300) compressing the joint of the access door frame attached to the fixing frame using a compressing frame, and a control unit controlling the operation of the position control unit and the compressing unit. The position control unit includes a primary wheel(240) installed to the fixing frame to make the expansion of the primary wire by the position controller easy, and a coupling projection(232) installed to a reciprocating part of the position controller to make the primary wire expanded by attractive force provided from the position controller.
