摘要 An apparatus for controlling a top pressure of a blast furnace is provided to optimally compensate a calculated top pressure changing amount during uniforming a pressure or charging materials. An apparatus for controlling a top pressure of a blast furnace(11) includes a top pressure detector(10), a top pressure setting part(210), a deviation calculator(220), a PID(Packet IDentification) controller(230), a uniforming/charging time detector(240), a compensative controller(250), a summing part(260), and a control time determinating part(270). The top pressure detector detects the top pressure of the blast furnace. The top pressure setting part sets an aimed top pressure in advance according to working conditions in the blast furnace. The deviation calculator calculates a deviation between the detected top pressure and the aimed top pressure. The PID controller outputs a deviation control signal for the calculated deviation. The uniforming/charging time detector detects a pressure uniforming time between the top pressure and a pressure inside the furnace, and a furnace charging time of a material. The compensative controller outputs a compensative control signal corresponding to an estimated top pressure changing amount. The summing part outputs a new top pressure control signal by summing the deviation control signal and the compensative control signal. The control time determining part outputs the top pressure control signal after a predetermined time calculated by uniforming or charging operations.
