An apparatus for changing a c-hook direction of a wire-rod coil is provided to rapidly perform a direction change of a wire-rod coil during conveyance, without a separate troublesome operation using a forklift, and so on. An apparatus for changing a c-hook direction of a wire-rod coil includes a conveyance carrier(12), an elevation base(10), and a coil mounting rotary base(30). The elevation base is installed on the conveyance carrier to be vertically moved. The coil mounting rotary base is rotatably installed on the elevation base. A wire-rod coil(50) is mounted on the C-hook to enable direction change. The apparatus for changing a c-hook direction of a wire-rod coil further includes a coil pressing unit(70). The coil pressing unit is reciprocally installed at both sides of the coil mounting rotary base to remove inferior part of the coil.
