A mannequin robot for traffic guidance and salute is provided to make a salute motion automatically by bending down an upper body section at the appointed angle and to perform traffic guidance automatically by moving a shoulder section and an arm section at the appointed angle. A mannequin robot is capable of a salute motion as an upper body section installed on a leg section(130) is bent at the appointed angle, and capable of traffic guidance against road repair work or sudden circumferences on a road by swinging a guide light using first and second shoulder sections and an arm section. C-shaped shoulder fixing units are fastened on two sides of the upper body section with bolts, and a motor, a worm gear and a link member are installed at the bottom of the second shoulder section and connected with the arm section to swing the guide light inserted to the arm section up and down.
