A device for measuring a steering angle for an automobile is provided to measure the rotating angle of a tire according to steering without friction by using an air bearing. A device for measuring a steering angle for an automobile(40) includes a steering angle measuring device(1) and a bumper fixing device(2). The steering angle measuring device has a check plate(30) which guides the tires of front wheels. The check plate has a foot master to move on the bottom, an angle support installed to be inclined, and a pad(33). The bumper fixing device is driven to fix a front bumper(42) not to be moved when the automobile is set on the steering angle measuring device. The steering angle measuring device has an air bearing which removes the friction of a tire, an angel encoder installed in the connection part between a guide plate connected to the shaft of an air cylinder and a connection plate, and a tire guide installed on a support.
