摘要 <p>The coating of fibers with a component of a multi-component bonding agent (11) for the production of molded bodies from fiberboard glued with the bonding agent, in which the fibers suspended in water steam is passed through by a blow tube (3), that a refiner (2) delivering the fibers in hot and damp condition under pressure relaxation in the blow tube stretches to a dryer for the fiber connecting at the blow tube, and the component of the bonding agent is sprayed on the fibers in an area of the blow tube without an additional atomization medium. The fibers suspended in the water steam are led by a nozzle-shaped constriction of the blow tube. The component is sprayed on the fibers in the area of the constriction on the axis of the blow tube in a main movement direction of the fibers. The nozzle-shaped constriction is intended at the exit of the refiner or at the entrance of the dryer. The component is sprayed on the fibers before a closest point of the constriction. A pressure ratio over the constriction of the blow tube is adjusted in a range of greater than 1-4. The component is pre-sputtered before impacting on the water steam suspension of the fibers. A further component of the multi-component bonding agent is applied on the fibers after the drier. An independent claim is included for device for coating of fibers.</p>
