PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply more sorts of sucking nozzles and to avoid a head unit of a larger size or an increased weight. SOLUTION: A nozzle shaft 21 is provided on a movable head unit 5, and is connected to a Z-axis and R-axis drive mechanism, and a nozzle unit 30 is detachably provided at a lower part of the nozzle shaft 21. The nozzle unit 30 is composed of a nozzle assembly block 31 provided with plural sucking nozzles 22, and a holder 32 to rotatably hold that, and an assembling shaft 33 provided to stand at an upper part of the holder 32 is detachably held by a collet chuck 45 installed on a lower end part of the nozzle shaft 21 to be detachable to the nozzle shaft 21. |
