<p>The system comprises a data base unit (DB) and a central computer unit (ZRU), which form a travel document management system (RMU). The travel document management system is arranged in a way that personal travel document data, assigned to a traveler (R) in the data base unit, over a communication connection (KV), are made available at the travel document management system. The personal travel document data is made available by a travel document management routine (RMR) implemented in the central computer unit after an identification and authentication of the traveler.</p> |
