摘要 A method for manufacturing a heating fabric for AC and DC power is provided to enhance heat energy efficiency by forming conductive fabrics. A weaving process is performed to weave cottons and blend fabrics. A carbon composition process and a milling process are performed. A water preparation process is performed to prepare water of temperature of 40 to 70 degrees centigrade. Polyvinyl alcohol of 20 to 25 weight percent is mixed with the water of temperature of 80 degrees centigrade and more. A dispersing agent of 0.5 to 3.0 weight percent, a dispersant of 1 to 10 weight percent, and a carbon black of 20 to 25 weight percent are mixed with the mixed solution. A fabric penetration agent of 1 to 10 weight percent is added to the mixed solution. A binder of 10 weight percent is mixed with the mixed solution. The binder of 5 to 7 weight percent is added to the mixed solution. The woven fabrics are dipped into the carbon black by using a roller and a silicon roller. A coating process is performed to coat the woven fabrics.
