The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a vacuum cleaner as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive feature of the vacuum cleaner is the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the upper surface portion above a dust bin portion; the upper surface portion has a circumferentially-spaced array of generally frustoconical contiguous sections each having a curved rib-like portion extending upwards and rearwards from the top surface and merging into a rear housing portion having a curved front surface.
