<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material and the like, excellent in processibility and heat-sealing properties, having satisfiable flexibility for end users, having excellent drape and dying/printing properties to arouse buying inclination, and easy in recycle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric sheet comprises a polyester-based nonwoven fabric having 0.01-0.5 N/5 cm/gsm average 5% elongation strength, 0.01-0.5 g/cm<SP>3</SP>bulk density, 30-100 N/5 cm heat-sealing strength and Class 4 or higher colorfastness.
