<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a parking lot space and reduce costs of facilities by enabling the detection of an abnormality of a gate bar by making use of existing equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that a parking fare is not settled and the gate bar 6B is closed without an output of a gate bar opening command by a controller 11, the controller 11 of a parking fair settling machine 5 makes determination that a leaving vehicle leaves, makes determination that the vehicle leaves fraudluently when a vehicle detection output of a loop coil 7B is extinguished after the vehicle detection output is outputted from the loop coil 7B embedded across the bar 6B, detects an abnormality of the bar 6B and makes an abnormality detection output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
