The invention relates to a collector plate consisting of a core (4) which is pierced with holes (6) in order to receive tubes (20) belonging to a heat exchanger bundle, each of said holes (6) being surrounded by a collar (8) comprising two pairs of opposing sides. According to the invention, the collector plate (2) comprises a raised edge (16) along the periphery thereof. At least a first side of a collar (8) is formed directly by the raised edge (16), while at least a second side (10) of said collar (8) extends from the core (4) of the collector plate (2). The invention also relates to a collector box and a heat exchanger comprising one such collector plate. The invention is suitable for use in the automotive industry.
