OPTICAL FILTER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An optical filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the transparency of a mesh film and a haze characteristic by using an adhesive agent instead a photocuring resign, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost of the optical fiber. An optical filter includes an anti-glare film(110), a transparent substrate(120), a mesh film(130) and a protective film(140). A black ceramic is applied on an edge region of the transparent substrate. A lattice-type metal film is formed on the mesh film. The protective films are sequentially arranged, and the anti-glare film, the transparent substrate, the film, and the protective film are bonded together using an adhesive agent. The adhesive agent is processed at a temperature between 35 and 78 °C under a pressure between 3.2 and 18.2 atms for 10 to 150 minutes.
