A manufacturing method of films for measuring an IR spectrum of natural rubber is provided to improve efficiency and an accuracy of an analysis experiment by heating a natural rubber above a phase transition temperature. A manufacturing method of films for measuring an IR spectrum of natural rubber includes the steps of: preparing chips of a natural rubber sample, a glass tube, a tong, a spatula, and a heating apparatus(an alcohol lamp); heating the sample to cause a phase change of a solid phase into a liquid phase; obtaining a base polymer extracted in a complete liquid state; and rubbing the extracted liquid-state natural rubber over a testing apparatus to perform setting.
