A vinyl bag for food is provided to store food like snack, coffee, etc. safely and to enable a user to tear the vinyl bag easily by using a porous synthetic resin material film as an outer cover. A vinyl bag for food includes an inner cover made of a silver foil film and an outer cover. The outer cover is made of a porous synthetic resin film that is high-frequency welded on the inner cover. The vinyl bag for food is made by hot-pressing both ends and the center of the inner cover and the outer cover in the state that the inner cover and the outer cover are overlapped. The porous synthetic resin material film is polyethylene or polypropylene film. The thickness of the porous synthetic resin material is 10-15 micrometers. A hole having a diameter of 20-30micrometers is formed on every area of 1m^2 of the porous synthetic resin material film.
