<p>A DNA chip for determining a pharmaceutical drug with hepatotoxicity is provided to improve rapidness and accuracy of determination by using a gene probe, thereby enhancing safety of disease treatment. A DNA chip for determining a pharmaceutical drug with hepatotoxicity comprises (i) a gene probe capable of specifically binding to a gene of which expression pattern is changed when the drug with hepatotoxicity is administered, (ii) a linker containing oligo (dT)15, -(CH2)6- and amine group sequentially and linking to the 5'-terminal of gene probe at the thymine region, and (iii) a solid substrate having an aldehyde on the surface and connected to the linker through Schiff's base reaction between an amine group of the linker and aldehyde group of the surface, wherein the gene probe has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:62.</p> |
