A pallet for loading goods is provided to make the weight of the pallet light and to improve the durability thereof to be used more safely for a longer period of time and to load goods stably. Plural upper plates(10) and lower plates(20) are arranged in the shape of a lattice to form a pallet for loading goods. The upper and lower plates are respectively made of iron materials that are bent in the concave and convex shape. A space maintaining member(30) made of iron is interposed and fixed between the upper and lower plates where the upper and lower plates intersect each other to make the upper and lower plates separated from the ground and to have a space portion inside thereof. A reinforcing material(40) is formed in the inner space portion of the space maintaining member.
