An air compressor using wave force and an electricity generating system with the same are provided to maximize a compression ratio, to improve intake efficiency, and to produce compressed air continuously by using a buoy piston moving up and down by wave height difference and buoyancy, and having a preliminary intake room in the buoy piston. An air compressor(300) using wave force comprises a buoy piston(310) reciprocating up and down to intake sea water and air, and a piston assembly(320) connected to the buoy piston to intake the sea water and air from the buoy piston. When the buoy piston moves up by wave force, the sea water and air is transferred to the piston assembly and compressed air is generated. When the buoy piston moves down by own weight, the sea water and air is sucked into the buoy piston. The buoy piston comprises an air intake part, a check valve(311) to control intake of the sea water and air, a pressurizing room(319) to accommodate the sea water and air, and a sliding bushing(314) to make reciprocating movement in sea water smooth. |
