A method for manufacturing a roll coater is provided to reduce the number of processes and shorten work time by forming a rubber compound on the outer surface of a short pipe through a mold and a press. A method for manufacturing a roll coater includes a step(S1) of mixing natural rubber and synthetic rubber and injecting the rubber compound obtained from the mixture into a rolling mill to produce the mixture into sheets, a step(S2) of cutting a pipe made of an aluminum material into a short pipe, and coloring the short pipe, a step(S3) of inserting the short pipe into a column of a mold, loading a panel onto the mold, mounting the rubber compound onto the panel, heating and compressing the rubber compound such that the gap formed between the short pipe and a guide ring is filled with the rubber compound via the hole formed at the panel, and a step(S4) of separating a roll coater from the mold when the rubber compound is solidified, and inspecting the outer appearance of the roll coater.
