<p>The invention is a flotation circuit for separating concentrates from slurry comprising grinded ore or oil sand. The slurry is divided into at least two fractions (15, 16) in a flotation cell system that receives a feed (11) of mineral slurry from a grinding circuit and is provided with at least two outlets for discharging tailings with different particle size distributions. The flotation circuit also comprises parallel cell lines (12, 13), i.e. banks of cells, that are arranged to receive the tailings from the outlet openings of the receiving cell and adapted to process slurries with different particle size distribution.</p> |
