An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a life time of an organic film layer from being shortened by evenly distributing current within a first electrode. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate(100), a thin film transistor, a planarized film(160), via-holes(161,162), a first electrode(170), a pixel defining film(180), an organic film layer(185), and a second electrode(190). The thin-film transistor is positioned on the substrate. The plural via-holes are formed on the planarized film. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor through the plural via-holes. The pixel defining film is formed on the planarized film and is overlapped with a part of the first electrode. The organic film layer is positioned on the pixel defining film. The second electrode is positioned on the organic film layer. The plural via-holes are separated from each other. The plural via-holes are positioned on edge portions of the first electrode. |
