An apparatus for manufacturing and storing liquid manure and vital acting water is provided to improve the efficiency in aging and keeping of the liquid manure and vital acting water generated while treating high-concentration organic materials of livestock excretion, by using a microorganism contact unit for aging and degrading the livestock excretion. A manufacturing tank(10) stores livestock excretion therein. A test port(11) is installed at an upper portion of the manufacturing tank to check the stored livestock excretion. A discharge pipe(13) is installed at a lower portion of the manufacturing tank to discharge vital acting water, which is generated by aging the livestock excretion. An exhaust pipe(15) is installed at the upper portion of the manufacturing tank to discharge gas generated from the livestock excretion to an outside. A sludge discharge pipe(17) is installed at a bottom surface of the manufacturing tank to discharge sludge generated from the livestock excretion. A microorganism contact unit(20) is installed within the manufacturing tank, and contacted with microorganisms for aging and degrading the livestock excretion. A blower(30) is installed at one side of the manufacturing tank to supply air to a lower portion of the microorganism contact unit. A supply tank(40) is installed at one side of the manufacturing tank to supply the livestock excretion to the manufacturing tank. |
