An oxygen-based bleaching agent composition is provided to exhibit an excellent dye transfer prevention effect on direct and reactive dyes even at low temperature or high temperature, and to have a good redeposition prevention effect. An oxygen-based bleaching agent composition includes (a) 1-50 parts by weight of a pyridine N-oxide-based polymer as a dye transfer inhibitor represented by the following formula 1, (b) 1-30 parts by weight of an alkali builder, (c) 1-10 parts by weight of a non-ionic surfactant, and (d) 1-95 parts by weight of a peroxide. In the formula 1, D is an ethylene or propylene polymerization unit, A is an aliphatic, aromatic, heterocyclic, or alicyclic group containing N, and x is 1 or 2, wherein the compound represented by the formula 1 has a weight average molecular weight of 200-1,000,000. |
