A blower of an air conditioning system for vehicles is provided to prevent air introduced into an air introduction port from being interfered while whirling in a bypass path to prevent a resonant noise due to circulation and interference of air, and cool a blower motor by a large amount of air to maximize the cooling efficiency of the blower motor. A blower includes a scroll casing(10), a blower fan(20), a blower motor, and a cooling device cooling the blower motor. The cooling device includes an air introduction port(100) formed at a cutoff part(18) of the scroll casing to introduce air discharged to an outlet(16) of the scroll casing, and a bypass path(110) bypassing introduced air to a lower side of the blower motor. The air introduction port is open to be opposite to a flow direction of the air, wherein the air introduction port is formed at a register combining side of the scroll casing forming the cutoff part.
