A display device is provided to form an anti-reflection layer on a top surface of a micro-shutter and form the anti-reflection layer of an oxide layer to improve a contrast ratio and vividness of the display device and obtain an anti-reflection effect. A pixel electrode(190) is formed on a substrate and transmits light. A micro-shutter electrode(192) is formed on the pixel electrode to be openable/closable. An anti-reflection layer(15) is formed on a top surface of the micro-shutter electrode. The pixel electrode and the micro-shutter electrode are insulated from each other, and receives a signal through a separate line. The micro-shutter electrode is opened and closed by static electricity with the pixel electrode, and controls light transmittance by controlling an opened degree of the micro-shutter electrode by the static electricity.
